oxaion offers more than a traditional CRM system for sales: it is fully integrated into the oxaion ERP software and allows you to access all ERP-related events and map organizational structures in detail.

The ERP software provider oxaion offers the option of mapping different sales organizations within a company to different business areas. This involves dividing the company into units that are considered separately for economic purposes. This is important for meaningful evaluations in financial accounting, cost accounting, and statistics.

The following divisions are possible: business area income statement, balance sheet per business area, cost center report per business area, disclosure of internal sales, broken down by business area.

The integrated price/discount system supports many types of pricing. The system takes into account all agreements made with the customer, the association, or the group. Each business area can store its own prices and discounts and is thus free to design them individually.

Any number of addresses for a supplier or customer can be stored in the system, as different billing or delivery addresses are commonplace today. Variable address control also applies to fax, email, cell phone, or website.

Documents are issued according to the customer's wishes. These documents are then automatically generated in the desired language and quantity. Whether images, barcodes, texts, or even a photo of the clerk—there are virtually no limits to creativity.

The software can also output customer-specific item numbers and texts in parallel with its own definitions. This allows customers to place orders using their usual terminology and means they do not have to adapt to unfamiliar numbering systems. Customer-specific information (e.g., "delivery in the morning only") can also be stored in the system.

A tiered warning system ensures compliance with agreed limits. The clerk has an overview of credit limits, payment terms, and open items at all times. When the limit is reached, they automatically receive a message and can initiate appropriate measures, including delivery suspension.

oxaion supports the exchange of messages between companies via EDIFACT. This standard enables data exchange between two business partners, regardless of the software they use. oxaion customers also have access to the Datanorm standard interface for electronic data exchange.

When recording customer inquiries, employees need to be able to quickly view all data, important information about customers, and the desired items. Customers often inquire about prices and availability, but do not place their orders until later. With the Order Entry Cockpit (OEC), users can place the items requested by the customer in an electronic shopping cart. This can then be easily transferred to a quote or order, taking into account any changes that may have been made.

Finding an item is particularly flexible. The convenient search system provides numerous access options through parallel encryption and flexible match codes. Also worth mentioning is the ERP software's integrated similarity search system, which allows parts to be found using technical characteristics.

A "co-sold" commissioning can be mapped as an internal or external service order. Both the costs and the price for this service are automatically reported to the sales order.

Multi-level surcharges and discounts are possible for each order item and can even be mixed. The system calculates the remaining contribution margin, ensuring a clear overview at all times.

oxaion reserves items directly when the order is entered. Availability can be determined not only statically, but also dynamically.

Quotes have a special status within business processes, as they can change several times during the sales process.

oxaion ensures seamless quote tracking, in which all versions are stored and can then be created with alternative items and graduated quantities. All versions are then available for evaluation, which can be displayed in tabular or graphical form.
