oxaion Analytics consists of three components: oxaion Key Figures, oxaion Reports, and oxaion Dashboards.

The oxaion key figure system determines business key figures such as incoming orders and complaint rates from ERP data and stores them with a time reference so that periodic evaluations are possible at any time. A number of key figures are already predefined, and others can be easily set up.

With oxaion Reports, real-time evaluations (reports) can be created for internal and external purposes. The data sources from oxaion ERP software and the oxaion key figure system form the basis for this. Data from other applications can also be used. A drill-down function allows you to branch directly from the reports back to the application.

Behind oxaion Dashboards are management cockpits that are linked to the application for operational controlling or defined across the board for strategic controlling purposes. In addition to key figures, lists, and graphics, external RSS feeds or websites can also be integrated. Visualizations according to user preferences are possible.

As a functional extension of oxaion Analytics, oxaion Analytics Pro brings even more performance to your analyses and elevates your business intelligence processes to a new level. Reports are generated in real time and can be made available for internal and external purposes.

The data foundation consists of all available information from oxaion ERP, and other systems (MES, time tracking, quality assurance, etc.) can also be integrated.

The data is loaded into the main memory of the dedicated server via pre-configured scripts and linked there (in-memory technology). This process is particularly fast, which is especially noticeable with large amounts of data.

The oxaion Analytics Pro interface is based on the QlikSense© visualization software, featuring fast drag-and-drop functionality and a variety of tables and charts for research and analysis.

To use oxaion Analytics Pro, you must purchase the corresponding user licenses for a QlikSense© server. The oxaion extension itself only needs to be activated in the ERP system.
