The PPS software from oxaion offers a fully integrated variant generator. This allows calculations to be made as early as the quotation phase.

When the sales order is entered, material items are automatically determined in parts lists, reservations are made, and production and order proposals are generated.

The advantages: The time-consuming creation of parts lists is eliminated, response times are shortened, and processes become transparent. With the use of an add-on to the ERP software, the variant generator can also display the selected features and characteristics as 3D graphics.

With the concurrent costing function, the accumulated production costs can be queried at any time and compared with the planning. This allows unexpected cost developments to be identified.

It is possible to perform the costing not only from a production engineering perspective, but also from a commercial perspective in parallel.
