Quality assurance (CAQ)

Many options for
planning, analysis, and action planning

We offer an optional comprehensive quality assurance system (computer-aided quality assurance system, CAQ). The functional areas can be used individually or combined as desired.

  • Quality control: accompanying testing processes, e.g., for goods receipt and production

  • Audit management: integration and evaluation of all audit sources and types (e.g., internal, external, process, system), rapid initiation of immediate measures, and well-founded planning of long-term effective measures

  • Action management: Central creation, management, and distribution of all types of actions with automatic notification of the responsible persons, progress monitoring, and automated evaluation

  • Test planning/test equipment management: Detailed process planning across all test sites as well as control/compliance with test equipment use, calibration intervals, work instructions, etc.

  • Initial sampling: Coordination of all processes for initial sampling, transfer of characteristics to series test plans and other relevant tests, measurement value entry or direct import via measuring machine interface

  • Risk management: Creation/management of any FMEA types (e.g., product, process, logistics, design, etc.), display options as forms or trees, definition of evaluation catalogs, assignment of responsibilities, linking of documents/notes to all FMEA elements

  • Complaint management (8D, CAPA): inclusion of all complaint sources (customers, internal/external suppliers), rapid initiation of immediate measures, comprehensive analysis functions for planning long-term measures

Fig.: In the inspection planning (possibly based on FMEA and CP), they are assigned to the individual work steps and/or inspection types, e.g., goods receipt, SPC, laboratory testing, special inspection, etc.
