Existing forecasts in the form of sales plans based on planned sales are automatically incorporated into the scheduling process. This means that important data for production planning is available at a very early stage of the project.

Use the integrated variant configurator to create accurate calculations for product variants as early as the quotation phase. When orders are entered, oxaion automatically determines material items in bills of materials, stores reservations, and generates production and order proposals. This saves you from having to repeatedly create individual bills of materials and allows you to implement order variants more quickly. An add-on allows the selected characteristics of the product variants to be displayed as 3D graphics.

Switch conveniently between series and individual production with the integrated variant generator. The system supports you with model parts and pre-series production from quotation to delivery, without you having to create parts lists and work plans for each individual case. Customer-specific combinations of features are also stored, so you can easily refer to previously completed orders.

Thanks to powerful CAD integration, you can work even more comfortably and "realistically." Using a variety of formulas and decision tables, you can initiate customized production down to "batch size 1."

Use graphical capacity planning for individual workstations, workstation groups, personnel groups, and operating resources. Aggregations are possible on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. In addition, you can differentiate between planned orders, actual orders, and advance planning.

All orders can be clearly visualized in oxaion's graphical control center. The occupancy of machine and workstation groups is displayed, right down to the exact distribution of individual resources, e.g., CNC machining stations, assembly stations, and workbenches. The control center is also available for planning human resources.

Even with complex production projects, you can always maintain an overview with the order structure display. oxaion analyzes business transactions in such a way that, ideally, a consistent, delay-free order network is created across all levels. This allows you to make informed statements about the deliverability of orders with just a few details.
