In cooperation with DHBW Karlsruhe, we offer study places in a dual system, where theoretical and practical phases alternate and complement each other efficiently.
The program lasts three years, and you will earn either a Bachelor of Science degree (Computer Science, Business Informatics) or a Bachelor of Arts degree (Business Administration). We also offer students in the fields of Computer Science, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering the opportunity to write their bachelor's or master's thesis at our company.

Business Administration – Digital Business Management
Theory is practical.
The relatively new Business Administration – Digital Business Management (DBM) degree program prepares you from the very beginning for your future role as a consultant. In addition to the theoretical business administration studies at the dual university, you will learn during the practical phases how these processes are implemented in our software.
During both the theoretical and practical phases, you will also become familiar with important IT tools, such as business process and database modeling, alongside your business administration studies. However, you will not be expected to program; you will only receive a brief introduction to programming at the beginning of your studies.
During your undergraduate studies, you will rotate through the various departments of a software company and learn about the classic processes within a business.
You will also have regular opportunities to accompany our experienced consultants to client meetings and gradually take on more and more tasks.

education.
In the Computer Science degree program, the focus is clearly on programming, both in theory and in practice. During your first year at oxaion, an ERP software provider, you will get to know our product and our programming techniques before starting on real projects to further develop our product in your second year.
In the process, you will further improve your programming skills and gain insights into project management.
Naturally, as with any IT professional, your responsibilities will also include topics such as quality assurance and troubleshooting.
Our goal is to train you during your studies to become a specialized application programmer who can contribute to the further development of our product in the future.

Business Informatics
Individual brilliant.
The Business Informatics degree program (Sales & Consulting and Software Engineering) focuses on the intersection of computer science and business administration.
During the foundational studies, your focus will be on learning a programming language in conjunction with the theoretical content taught at the dual university. In addition to the theoretical business administration topics covered in the curriculum, you will also learn how business processes can be implemented in our software.
In the second year of your training, your focus will shift to consulting. Here, you will take on your first responsibilities in customer projects and conduct both internal and external training sessions.
In your third year of training, you will decide with us whether you would like to work in consulting or development at our company.
However, you will determine your focus area (Sales & Consulting or Software Engineering) before you even begin your studies. This will determine whether your emphasis will be on programming or consulting. Nevertheless, the two study tracks are 90% identical in both theory and practice.
Only about 10% of the curriculum focuses specifically on the respective specialization.

oxaion Driver's License – Our Training Concept
The oxaion driver's license is a central element of our training concept and will accompany you throughout your studies.
Depending on your degree program, you will gain insights into various departments, and the driver's license defines the goals you should achieve in each case.
In addition to the oxaion driver's license, there is also the competency wheel. This describes your technical, methodological, and social skills.

oxaion grow – Our student company
Have you always wanted to be a team leader or managing director? Our student company "oxaion grow" gives you this opportunity.
Using the oxaion ticket system, which our customers primarily use for inquiries, all oxaion employees have the opportunity to request student support for tasks or projects. As an employee of "oxaion grow," you will process these tickets and expand your knowledge in the process. It is up to you to divide the tasks among yourselves according to your skills—working independently and good time management are very important here. You will receive points for each completed ticket.
